Presentation of Princess Charlene of Monaco rose in Russia

On Monday 7 September 2015, H.E. Ms Mireille Pettiti, Ambassador of the Principality of Monaco to the Russian Federation, visited Flowers Expo 2015 in Moscow to attend the launch of the Princess Charlene of Monaco rose.

The rose, presented for the first time in Russia to journalists and experts from the floral industry, was named in June 2014 at the opening of the Princess Grace Rose Garden, in the presence of the Royal Couple. It has been awarded several international prizes (three fragrance awards and a gold medal at the International Roses Trial in Geneva).

The rose is the latest creation from Meilland International, the group behind the other roses dedicated to the Monegasque Royal Family such as the Grace of Monaco rose and the.Monaco Prince Jubilee rose.
