Working visit to Rostov-on-Don

On November 12, 2018, H.E. Mrs. Mireille Pettiti, Ambassador of the Principality of Monaco to the Russian Federation, visited Rostov-on-Don in order to prepare the operations that will take place there in 2019.

The governor of Rostov, Mr. Vassili Golubev, received the Ambassador to discuss some of these projects, including the holding of a mission of the Monaco Economic Board in September 2019, the presentation of the exhibition "Monaco, artist’s stories" as well as the participation of the Principality in the Rostov Film Festival.

These operations were also discussed with Mr. Prisiajnuk - regional president of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mrs. Kruze - director of the Rostov Regional Art Museum, and Mrs. Kozliakova - director of the Rostov Film Festival.

The city of Rostov-on-Don is an economic, industrial and scientific center of Russia. Its population is over 1,100,000 inhabitants. It is the capital of the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation and an Honorary Consul of the Principality of Monaco, Mr. Andrei Myshkovets, has been installed here since January 2015.
