Russian economic mission to Monaco

On Monday, March 11, 2019, the Monaco Economic Board hosted, under the aegis of the Monaco Embassy in Russia and with other entities of the Principality, a delegation of about twenty Russian entrepreneurs, members of the business organization Delovaya Rossia, at the premises of MonacoTech.

The event was organized in three sequences.

Monegasque presentations first took place in order to introduce Russian businessmen to the Monaco economy, its financial center, its tourism, its health offer and the model and ambitions of MonacoTech, the host of the event.

Several projects were then presented by the Russian delegation to about fifty Monegasque businessmen present for the occasion. They covered various fields, including: real estate, events (with the famous International Economic Forum of St. Petersburg), culture, health and land use planning.

Finally, a networking cocktail was held at the end of the presentations to facilitate contacts between businessmen of both countries.

This visit, which is a direct result of the agreement signed between the Monaco Economic Board and Delovaya Rossia in December 2015, confirms the excellent bilateral relations between the Principality and the Russian Federation in the economic field.
