Signature of a bilateral Agreement on the recognition of diplomas

Her Excellency Ms. Mireille Pettiti-Martini, Ambassador of Monaco to the Russian Federation,  attended the signing Ceremony of the Agreement between the Principality of Monaco and the Russian Federation on Mutual Recognition of Education, Qualifications and Academic Degrees on November 29. This agreement, aimed in particular at increasing the mobility of students from both countries, was signed by Mr. Patrice Cellario, Minister of the Interior of the Principality of Monaco, and Mr. Peter Kucherenko, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

After the ceremony, on behalf of the Minister of the Principality of Monaco, Mr. Pierre Dartout, an official dinner was given in honor of the Russian Delegation.

This day was also marked by the opening in the presence of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of the photo exhibition "The Most Beautiful country", organized jointly by the Foundation Prince Albert II of Monaco and the Russian Geographical Society in the person of its First Vice-President, Mr. Nikolai Kasimov.
